We appreciate your trust in our products. At Home Plus for Home Appliances – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Home Plus guarantees the appliances listed on the invoice under the following terms:
- Warranty Policy The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase stated on the invoice. The invoice must be kept and presented when requested.
- The first year of the warranty covers both service and spare parts.
- The second year covers spare parts only, and Home Plus reserves the right to charge service fees during the second year.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include the following:
- Breakage or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, misuse, or failure to follow the included instructions.
- Repairs or tampering performed by unauthorized service centers or non-professionals. In such cases, the warranty becomes void.
- Damages resulting from issues in water, electricity, or gas connections, such as rust, corrosion, or water damage.
- Preventive maintenance services like cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, or descaling.
- Faults due to incorrect installation by a third party.
The warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts that require regular replacement (e.g., batteries, fuses, bulbs, filters, light covers).
- Accessories.
- Non-household or commercial use.
- Custom stainless steel chimney ductwork, which is manufactured upon request by independent suppliers.
Exchange & Return Policy
- Customers must thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery to ensure there are no external damages. Product inspection is the customer's responsibility.
- Signing the delivery receipt means the product was received free of visible damage.
Exchange:
- Can be requested within 14 days of receipt in case of manufacturing defect or product mismatch.
- Can also be requested within 14 days from purchase if the product has not been delivered, with shipping costs deducted.
Return:
- Can be requested within 7 days of receipt in case of manufacturing defect or product mismatch.
- Can also be requested within 7 days from purchase if the product has not been delivered, with shipping costs deducted.
Conditions for Exchange/Return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- If the product has been unpacked or installed, exchange or return is not allowed—even within the eligible period—unless a defect or manufacturing issue is found.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving exchange or return.
- The customer bears the shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case Home Plus will cover the shipping cost.
- If a customer returns a non-defective product that meets all return conditions, shipping charges will be deducted based on the customer’s location—even if the order had free shipping.
Products are not eligible for return/exchange in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made according to the customer’s specifications (unless defective or not matching agreed specifications).
- If the defect results from misuse or poor handling.
- After unpacking or installation, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Order Cancellation Policy
- The customer may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it, and the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
- If the shipment is already handed over to the shipping company within this time, shipping fees will be deducted.
- If more than 12 hours have passed, cancellation will be subject to deducting shipping fees, regardless of the order status (e.g., processing or in delivery).
- Even for orders with free shipping, applicable cancellation fees will be calculated based on order value and determined by the relevant department.
- Refunds may take 21 to 35 business days depending on your bank.
Note: Return and exchange approvals are subject to company approval and may not apply to products purchased during promotional or seasonal offers. The company reserves the right to change or withhold delivery of items not claimed by the customer within 3 months from the invoice date.
For undelivered items, the company may charge 5% restocking fees per month after 6 months from the purchase date.
Free Installation Policy
We provide free installation for appliance orders within Jeddah and Riyadh, as part of our commitment to a seamless shopping experience.
Important Notes:
- Free installation does not include kitchen hoods.
- The installation site must be ready (power/water/drain connections) before the scheduled installation.
- The service does not include any extension work or structural modifications.
We guarantee professional service that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Final Disclaimer
By signing the sales invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above, and fully discharges Home Plus from any financial or legal liability. The customer agrees to waive any future claims regarding the purchase.
