Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the Consumer:

The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years old.
The consumer agrees that in case of violating this article, they bear the consequences before others.

Article 3 - Nature of Commitment:

The store's commitment to consumers is to provide the service or product.
The store may provide other services such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of service or product requested by the consumer.

Article 4 - Usage Rules:

The consumer commits to using the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public decency and the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
The consumer commits that when purchasing a service or product from the store, they will not use it in a manner that violates public decency and applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership in this store, you are obliged to disclose specific information and choose a username and a confidential password for use when accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts and are independently valid in meeting legal and Sharia requirements.
The consumer agrees that the store can communicate with them and notify them of any terms related to this agreement or their dealings with the store by broadcasting general messages to all consumers or specific users of the store.

Article 7 - Modifications to the Terms of Use and Fees:

If any provision or clause in this agreement is canceled or found to be not valid, such an event does not invalidate the validity of the remaining provisions and clauses of this agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This agreement, which may be modified from time to time as necessary, forms the working mechanism and understanding and agreement between the consumer and the store.
The store may impose fees on some consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use for any consumer for any reason for their registration.

Article 8 - Payment and Settlement Services for Stores in the Store:

The store provides through its partners a payment and settlement system in the store, which can be entirely online through the available payment options on the store or through any other payment method provided by the store from time to time.
The store commits to setting the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.
The store commits to providing invoices, receipts, and acknowledgment receipts for all amounts and profits arising in its store, and commits to giving the consumer their purchase invoice for a service or product.
The store commits to providing recognized accounting specifications in its electronic store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests involved.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property rights of the store are wholly owned by the store, whether owned before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.
The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store's name, words, logos, and other symbols related to the store or displayed on it, as all rights affiliated with the store name are fully owned intellectual property rights of the store.

Article 10 - Store Responsibility:

The store commits to conducting its business through this electronic platform legally and in accordance with the applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, incidentally, or by the consumer or a third party such as shipping companies.

Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store can suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time and without notice, for any reason and without limitation.

Article 12 - Applicable Law:

This Terms of Use agreement is governed and construed according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force and effective in Saudi Arabia, and is fully subject to the regulations in force by the authorities in Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 - General Provisions:

If any provision or clause in this Terms of Use agreement is canceled or found to be not valid, such an event does not invalidate the validity of the remaining provisions and clauses, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.

This Terms of Use agreement, which may be modified from time to time as necessary, forms the agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to the following:

Arabic is the applicable language when interpreting the provisions of this agreement or translating it into another language.
All prices displayed for store services or products may be modified from time to time.
Promotional or marketing offers put forward by the store are temporary. The store has the right to modify or stop these offers at any time.
The parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in compliance with Sharia rules and applicable laws and regulations related to the nature of the dealings between the store and the consumer.
This Terms of Use agreement is not canceled unless decided by the store management.
